Moderately dense pelage, golden brown. Has suction pads on its thumbs and soles. Very large ears. (Garbutt, 1999)

Insectivorous, primarily moths.
Roosts on Traveller's Palms (and probably other palms) with its head up.
Mammalia -> Chiroptera (Microchiroptera) -> Myzopodidae -> Myzopoda aurita
Endemic to Madagascar, only found in eastern rainforests. Rare.
