Zonosaurus ornatus

This Zonosaurus is most often seen basking in the sun down by the river (and the Pont Aureus is perhaps the best place to look).

Snout-Vent (body) length: 13cm, Tail Length: 19cm, Total length: 32cm. (Glaw, 1994)

It can be distinguished from Z. aeneus by the colorful ornamentation (5 stripes and dots) on the back (it also tends to be larger).
